Biography
Why I chose Colby: "I chose Colby because I wanted to be part of a close-knit community. I knew I wanted a rigorous liberal arts education, and the small class sizes allowing for in-depth discussions were a major pull for me (and they have exceeded my expectations!). I knew Colby was for me after my amazing overnight visit and meeting the team."
Internship/Work Experience: "This past summer I was the Young Adult Writers Program Intern at GrubStreet, one of the nation's largest non-profit creative writing organizations located in Boston, MA. On campus, I work as a tutor in the Writers' Center, as a Sexual Violence Prevention Mentor, and in the equipment room at the athletic center."

Plans After Colby: "I hope to teach English/Creative Writing at a secondary school in New England and plan to go to graduate school within the next few years."
