Why I chose Colby: "I chose Colby because of the tight community feel and the strong balance between academics and athletics."
Internship/Work Experience: Lily was a 2nd grade teacher for three summers at Horizons Student Enrichment Program and worked at a summer camp at Chelsea Piers CT as a hockey coach.
Favorite Place on Campus: Heights
Most Memorable Team Experience: "My most memorable team experience was beating Middlebury in their rink."
Plans After Colby: "I hope to work in Sports Management or in a Psychiatric Hospital."
What do you think of the new Athletic Center?: "The new Athletic Center is unbelievable. The rink is awesome and I really like the classrooms and atrium where we can also do school work."
2019-20 season highlights: von Stade played in 18 games this season. She registered one goal and one assist for a total of two points. von Stade's goal was a game winner. von Stade was named to the NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team.
2018-19 season highlights: von Stade played in 20 games for the Mules, finishing with three goals, three assists, and a game-winning score.
