BEFORE COLBY
Lydia graduated from The Governor's Academy and competed in track and field. She captained the team and won the Coaches Award.
AT COLBY
Lydia has not decided on a major at Colby.
2017 season highlights: Lydia was 33rd in the Bowdoin Invitational and took seventh in the sophomore/senior race against Bates. Fanning was 116th at the NESCAC meet and 125th at Rowan. She was on the NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team.
2016 season highlights: Fanning finished ninth at the Bates first-year/junior race and 43rd at the Maine State Championships.
