Why I chose Colby: "I chose Colby because of its beautiful campus and the opportunity to experience a challenging academic environment along with competitive athletics as part of the NESCAC."
Internship/Work Experience: "This past summer I was a Policy and Communications Intern at the Delaware National Estuarine Research Reserve. I also spent two weeks interning at Athletes in Action’s Ultimate Training Camp in Fort Collins, Colorado."

Most Memorable Team Experience: "My most memorable team experience was our Middlebury game my junior season in 2019. Everything was clicking for us as a team and it gave us a huge conference win."
Plans After Colby: "I hope to find a job in the environmental service industry in either New York City or Boston."
2018-19 season highlights: Paige played in 23 games for the Mules, averaging 20.1 minutes a game. She finished fourth on the team in points (6.6) and assists (1.6) per contest. Russell also tallied 80 total rebounds and 11 steals.
2017-18 season highlights: Russell played in 23 games for the Mules. She averaged 7.5 points per contest. Paige placed third on the team in rebound average (4.7) and placed second on the team in assists (51) with 2.2 per game.
2016-17 season highlights: Russell played in all 25 games for the Mules in her first season. She led the team in 3-point shooting percentage (41.7), and field goal percentage with over 10 shots (46.3). She averaged 2.4 rebounds (2.6 against NESCAC teams) and 3.5 points per contest.
