BEFORE COLBY

Kevin graduated from Wakefield High School and Bridgton Academy, where he played hockey and lacrosse. At Wakefield, he was the Middlesex League MVP and a Massachusetts All-Star in Hockey. Kevin was also named to the all-league team for both lacrosse and hockey. He has interned at National Grid.

AT COLBY 

Kevin is majoring in Economics.

2016-17 season highlights: Doherty played in 24 games for the Mules, finishing with two goals and six assists. He ended his career with 21 points (7 goals, 14 assists). 

2015-16 season highlights: Doherty played in 20 games for the Mules, tallying three goals and five assists. He shared the team's Norman Walker Most Improved Player Award.

2014-15 season highlights: Doherty played in 12 games for the Mules in his sophomore season, finishing the year with two assists.

2013-14 season highlights: Kevin played in 16 games in his first year and had two goals and one assist.
