2019-20 season highlights: Coutu played in 22 games and started 9 for the Mules in her junior season. She led the team in blocks (30) and finished 5th in the NESCAC in blocks per game (1.4). She also led the team in rebounding (5.9) and chipped in 5.5 points per contest.

2018-19 season highlights: Coutu played in all 24 games for the Mules, starting 11. She finished first on the team in field goal percentage (56.0), second in rebounds (6.4), and third in blocks (1.3) per game. She also averaged 4.9 points and 0.9 assists per contest.

2017-18 season highlights: Coutu played in 17 games for her first season as a Mule. She averaged 3.2 points and 3.9 rebounds per contest.
