Biography
Why I chose Colby: I chose Colby for its excellent athletic program, its reputation for academic rigor, and its huge alumni network. From the moment I took my first tour of the campus, I sensed the friendly energy of the students and faculty. I felt welcomed by the Colby community, especially the athletic department. I enjoy the great New England outdoors: like hiking, skiing, and snowboarding. I was swayed by my on-campus visit - I felt totally comfortable in my skin around the people I met that day. Finally, the experiences that alumni shared with me about Colby, sealed the deal for me. This is why I chose Colby.
Major: Economics and Studio Art: Sculpture
What do you think about the new Athletic Center: I think it is really amazing and is a great environment to work out in. It is built to help us as athletes reach our peak performance.
Favorite Place on Campus: Sitting on the right bench on the top of Miller Lawn.
Most Memorable Team Experience: Our spring break trip to Atlanta.
Internship/Work Experience: USA Track and Field Marketing and Communications intern for their New England division.
