2017-18 season highlights: Geiersbach had two victories in the 100 backstroke, 200 backstroke, and 200 medley relay, as well as victories in the 50 backstroke and the 400 medley relay events during the season. He also had four second-place finishes in the 200 backstroke event, as well as two second-place finishes in the 100 backstroke.

2016-17 season highlights: Geiersbach was a consistent top-three finisher in both individual and relay events throughout the season. He also set two pool records at Norwich. At the NESCAC Championships, Geiersbach finished seventh in the 100 backstroke and 17th in the 50 backstroke.
