BEFORE COLBY
Grace graduated from Scarborough High School, where she played soccer, basketball, and softball. She was an SMAA Conference All-Academic selection.
AT COLBY
Grace is majoring in Mathematical Sciences. She is a member of SAAC and a Colby Cares About Kids mentor. Grace has interned at Unum for the past two years.
2017 season highlights: Grace, a tri-captain, led the Mules in RBI (15) and doubles (6). She also scored six runs and was fourth in walks (8). Farnkoff also led the team in sacrifices (11) and had two stolen bases. Grace was on the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team for the third straight year.
2016 season highlights: Farnkoff played in 28 games for the Mules in her junior season, finishing the year with 20 hits, 10 runs, eight RBI, and a .976 fielding percentage. She finished the year with a .253 batting average and .274 on base percentage. Grace was on the NESCAC All-Academic Team.
2015 season highlights: Grace started in all 28 games for the Mules in 2015 while earning NESCAC All-Sportsmanship and NESCAC All-Academic honors. Farnkoff was second on the team in batting average (.293), tied for first with eight walks, and led the team in on-base percentage (.369). Farnkoff was tied for second on the team with 12 runs batted in, and was fourth in slugging percentage (.347). Grace also compiled a fielding percentage of .970.
2014 season highlights: Farnkoff appeared in all 26 games for the Mules in 2014. Grace finished third on the team in walks (7) and finished fifth on the team with an on-base percentage of .272. Grace also compiled a fielding percentage of .972.
