What do you think of the new Athletic Center?: I feel so lucky to be an athlete at Colby right now. The new athletic center provides an elevated sense of excellence. It is such a privilege to be able to workout in a space like this.
Favorite Place on Campus: Mary Low Coffee House
Most Memorable Team Experience: "My most memorable team experience was cheering for the men's team at regionals on a beautiful, sunny day with many current and past Colby Ski team members."
Internship/Work Experience: Erin was an intern with the marketing team for Outdoorly, a company started by Colby alumni.
Plans After Colby: "I hope to live and work somewhere on the East Coast or in Minneapolis. I would prefer to work for smaller start-up companies."
2020 season highlights: Bianco earned All-Region honors, finishing the season ranked 10th in the EISA and 6th on the league's classical discipline points list. She raced to her first career podium, placing 2nd in the 15km classic at the Regional Championships, and earned a career best 13th in the Bates 5km skate. Bianco finished 35th in the NCAA Championships 5km skate before competition was cut short and earned First-Team All-State honors after finishing 4th in the Maine State Collegiate Championship. Bianco was also the team's most consistent scorer, contributing points to all 10 of the Mules carnivals.
2019 season highlights: Bianco skied in every Carnival in her first season for the Mules. She amassed five top 30 finishes, including season best 19th place finishes at both the UVM 10km mass start classic race and Dartmouth individual start 10k skate race.
