Biography

BEFORE COLBY

Sam graduated from The Cambridge School of Weston, where he captained the tennis team. He was a three-time team MVP, as well as a league MVP.

AT COLBY

Sam is majoring in Chemistry with a Biochemistry concentration.

2017-2018 season highlights: Sam was on the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team.

2016-2017 season highlights: Sam was 2-1 in singles play (1-0 fifth, 1-1 sixth) and had a 1-0 doubles record at the third spot. He was on the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team.

2015-2016 season highlights: Hoenig finished his first season 3-1 playing various spots with wins over Gordon, Hope International and Southern Maine. Hoenig earned the NESCAC Spring All-Sportsmanship Award.
