BEFORE COLBY

Avery graduated from Noble and Greenough School, where he captained the soccer team and was a two-time NEPSAC All-Star.

AT COLBY

Avery is undecided on a major. He is a member of the Colby Outing Club and the Mountaineering Club.

2017 season highlights: Gibson made 10 starts in goal for the Mules, recording three shutout victories and 53 saves. He finished the season fourth in the NESCAC in save percentage (.855).

2016 season highlights: Gibson made 11 starts in goal for the Mules, recording two shutout victories. He finished fifth in the NESCAC in total saves (66).
