Biography

BEFORE COLBY

Dan graduated from Xavier High School and South Kent School, where he played hockey and lacrosse. He was named to the New Haven Register All-State First Team for hockey. 

AT COLBY

Dan is majoring in Economics with a minor in Environmental Studies.

2017-2018 season highlights: Dan earned the Richard Whitmore Award for academics and athletics at the Colby senior awards ceremony. A captain for the Mules, Dan had one goal and six assists while leading the team in blocked shots. Dan was on the NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team and was tied for seventh among senior student-athletes in grade point average. Dan was honored with the Todd McGovern Teammate of the Year and the Horseshoe Award for a player who does the little things that do not show up on the scoresheet but are critical for the team's success.

2016-2017 season highlights: Dupont played in 14 games for the Mules, recording two goals and two assists. He scored the game-winner against Fitchburg State on Jan. 29. He was named to the NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team.

2015-2016 season highlights: Dupont played in 18 games for the Mules and recorded two assists. He was named to the NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team.

2014-2015 season highlights: Dupont appeared in 22 games on defense for the Mules, finishing the year with four assists.
