BEFORE COLBY

Ronan graduated from Brookline High and played basketball. He was a captain, team MVP his senior year, and a two-time first team all-league selection.

AT COLBY

Ronan is majoring in Economics. He works as a research assistant with education professor Adam Howard in his work studying global citizenship and elite private schools around the world. Ronan worked with professor Howard in Taiwan during the summer of 2017. He also worked at the Pine Tree Basketball Camp at Colby and is a Colby Cares About Kids mentor. Over the summer of 2018, he interned at One Mighty Mill.

2018-19 season highlights: Schwarz, who earned NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team honors, played 19 games for the Mules. He was third on the team in field goal percentage (50.3). He also averaged 18.1 minutes, 9.5 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.2 assist per contest.

2017-18 season: Ronan missed the season due to injury.

2016-17 season highlights: Schwarz played in 20 games for the Mules, averaging 13.5 minutes per game. He was third on the team in field goal percentage (50.5). He had 6.1 points and 1.7 rebounds per contest.
