Colby College

Nick Spause came to Colby College as the Offensive Line Coach and Recruiting Coordinator in the spring prior to the 2022 season.

Prior to Colby, Spause served as the Offensive Line Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Norwich University (VT) during the 2021 season.  Before Norwich, he was an assistant at Delaware Valley University (PA), where he oversaw the Tight End and H-Back position groups.  In 2019, Delaware Valley reached the Quarterfinals in the NCAA DIII playoffs and won their third straight conference championship.

In 2015, Spause earned two Bachelor degrees at East Stroudsburg University (PA) in Sports Management and Communications.  As a player, he was a two-year letter winner for the Warriors. He also was recognized as a 2016 member of the National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society, which recognizes starters and significant reserves who have a 3.2 GPA throughout their undergraduate studies

The East Stroudsburg graduate had the opportunity to begin his career as a graduate assistant coach at his alma mater.  Spause was later named the running back at East Stroudsburg in 2018.
