Keith Davis came to Colby College in the spring of 2022 as the defensive coordinator and linebackers’ coach. He spent the 2021 season as the associate head coach, defensive coordinator, special team’s coordinator, recruiting coordinator, video coordinator, linebackers’ coach and defensive backs coach for Bates college.
Before Bates, Davis spent two years coaching at Dickinson college. His first year he coached the defensive line, before moving to the defensive backs coach in his second year.
His first coaching experience came at his alma mater (Wagner College), where he coached the linebackers and assisted with special teams from 2012 to 2016. During his time at Wagner College, they won two Northeast Conference Championships and were the No. 1 Defense in the NEC during the 2012 season.
He has also held coaching positions at Bishop McDevitt High School in Harrisburg, PA. As well as the Dream Bowl, which is a college football all-star showcase of the best FCS, D-II and D-III players across the country.
Davis graduated with his bachelor’s degree in management (finance minor) and then received his master’s degree in finance (management minor) in May of 2014 at Wagner College. He is a native of Harrisburg, Pa. and was a football standout at Bishop McDevitt High School.
