Colby College

Abbie Charrier joined the Colby Field Hockey coaching staff for the 2022-23 academic year. Since 2018, she has been coaching field hockey year round, including serving as the New England Field Hockey Camp Head Coach and the Assistant Varsity Field Hockey Coach at Waterville Senior High School.

Charrier graduated from Thomas College in 2016, where she played in goal from 2013-16, and served as captain her last two seasons. Logging over 3000 minutes of play and over 300 saves, she brought the Terriers to the NAC playoffs each year. Senior year, Charrier was nominated as a Thomas College Female Senior Athlete and was named to the NFHCA Academic Squad in 2013-16. She has a MBA in Athletic Administration from SNHU and BA in Sports Management from Thomas College.

Prior to college Charrier played for the Mount View Mustangs, starting for varsity each year and captaining the team her senior year.
 

Charrier is the Maine Majestix Club Administrator and Youth Programs Director for the Alfond Youth and Community Center.
