Major: Computer Science and Studio Art double major

What do you think of the new Athletic Center?: It's awesome to have state of the art facilities and such a big space. It's also very nice looking.

Favorite Place on Campus: The painting studio in Bixler

Most Memorable Team Experience: Getting second place as a team at Regionals in 2019 and realizing we were going to nationals

Internship/Work Experience: Technology development intern for a Boston-based startup in the summer of 2020.

Plans After Colby: Continuing running, coding, and painting.

2019 season highlights: Decker won the Bowdoin invitational and tied with teammate Tyler Morris for the win at the State of Maine meet.  He then placed 9^th at the Connecticut College invitational and 12^th at the NESCAC championships.  Decker qualified for the national meet for the 2^nd year in a row with a 5^th place finish at the New England regional meet and went on to place 35^th at Nationals.  He earned All-NESCAC, All-New England, and All-American honors. 

2018 season highlights: Decker was named to NESCAC First Team All-Conference the NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team..

2016 season highlights: Decker finished fourth at the Bates first-year/sophomore race, 79th at the Williams Purple Valley Invitational, 31st at the Maine State Championships, and 52nd at the NESCAC Championships.
