Women's Tennis Program Overview

The Colby Women's Tennis program started in 1969 and since 2000 has competed in the highly-competitive New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC), which frequently sees multiple teams advancing to the NCAA tournament each year. The Colby Tennis teams play on the Alfond-Wales Courts (ten-hard surface courts) for the outdoor season and is housed inside the Indoor Competition Center during the winter months.
 
Led by Head Coach Erin Reeves, who earned the Conference Coaching Staff of the Year award in 2024 (first time since 2001), the team totes a successful and well-rounded team. The Mules have made it to the Conference Tournament the last four consecutive years including multiple NESCAC All-Academic and All-Conference awards. In 2023, Sam Riordan '24 was named an All-American (joins Carly Levitz, a 2021 All-American) while competing in the NCAA Singles Tournament. In 2024, Sydney Landau '24 earned the Senior Sportswoman award, the second ever in team history (Sara Hughes – 2005).
