Biography

Why I chose Colby: I chose Colby because I liked how all the academic buildings were centered together as were all the athletic complexes. I also enjoyed the presence of the people on this campus even from the few interactions I experienced on a tour.

Major: Biology Major and a Mathematics Minor

What do you think about the new Athletic Center: The new athletic center is super pretty and I really like that we have a space to do work before or after team events/practices.

Favorite Place on Campus: My favorite place is either the Spa or Dana Dining Hall.

Most Memorable Team Experience: My most memorable team experience is doing each other's hair and getting ready for games in the locker rooms together while the hype-up music is playing.

Internship/Work Experience: On campus, I work as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant and as a Research Assistant for one of my biology professors. In the summers in between class years, I enjoy volunteering in different animal hospitals as a veterinary technician.

Plans After Colby: After I graduate this spring, I will be applying to Veterinary graduate programs and hope to work as a Veterinary technician at an animal hospital in Boston, MA.
