BEFORE COLBY

Clay graduated from Leavitt Area High School, where he played football, hockey, and baseball. He was ranked sixth in his class and served as class president. Clay was a member of the National Honor Society. He was a National Football Foundation scholar athlete and an all-state hockey player. 

AT COLBY

Clay is majoring in Biochemistry with a minor in Managerial Economics. He is a violence prevention facilitator and a member of Mules Against Violence. Clay is also a member of the Fly Fishing Club and the Surf Club. He works for admissions as a tour guide.

2017 season highlights: Rowland saw limited time in his final season with the Mules.

2016 season highlights: Rowland made three tackles while playing in the secondary.

2015 season highlights: Rowland played defensive back and finished the season with four total tackles.

2014 season highlights: Clay made one tackle in his first year with the Mules.
