BEFORE COLBY
Kathleen graduated from Pope John Paul II High School, where she was a member of the cross country, basketball, and softball teams. She was a three-year softball captain, treasurer for the National Honor Society, and treasurer for Student Council. Kathleen won the Miss Lion Award.
AT COLBY
Kathleen is majoring in Environmental Science. She is a program leader for Hardy Girls Healthy Women, a Senior Admissions fellow, and a member of the Colby Dancers. She has worked for Three Bays Preservation.
2018 season highlights: Mason played in 27 games in her final season with the Mules. She was fifth on the team in at bats (62) and tied for fifth in hits (14). She also had three doubles, two runs, two RBI, and three stolen bases.
2017 season highlights: Kathleen, a tri-captain as a junior, had 14 total hits, drove in five runs, walked five times, and scored a pair of runs while mainly playing right field.
2016 season highlights: Mason played in 13 games for the Mules in her sophomore season, finishing the year with three runs, two RBI, and two walks.
2015 season highlights: Mason started in 19 games for the Mules and drove in seven runs and scored five times.
