Ripton, VT - The Nordic team raced at the Eastern Intercollegiate Ski Association Regional Championships that were hosted by Middlebury over the weekend at the Rikert Outdoor Center. Friday's race was a 7.5k classic race in some tricky waxing conditions.
The men's team raced in the morning and
Andrew Defor got the team off to a great start finishing in 11th.
Ben Lewis also finished in the top 30 finding his way to 22nd place, and
James Underwood finished just outside the 30 in 31st.
The women put two in the top 30 with
Lola Villafranco in 29th and
Natalie O'Brien in 30th. They were followed not too far behind by
Nyla Scott in 38th, and
Lydia Kraker in 39th.
