Waterville, Maine - Following a thrilling win in the highest-scoring game and first double-overtime game in NESCAC Women's Basketball Championship history over Middlebury last weekend 100-97, the second seeded Colby Women's Basketball team is off to Brunswick to battle third seeded Trinity in the semifinal round. The winner of Saturday's contest will face the winner of the No. 1 Bowdoin vs No. 4 Amherst matchup on championship Sunday.
On February 14th, the Mules fell to the Bantams in a closely contested game 67-60 where
Kate Olenik and
Amelia Hanscom combined for 46 points. On top of Colby winning 11 of their last 14 games heading into the contest, this marks the first time since 2017 the team has made it to the semifinal round.
Saturday's matchup is set for a 4:30pm start following the conclusion of the other semifinal game starting at 2:00pm. Fans can follow alongside the action using the
