Middlebury, VT - The Colby College Men's Tennis team fell 1-8 to Middlebury College in the final regular season matchup of the year, on Sunday morning.
In doubles, the Mules were outplayed by the Panthers and ended up trailing 0-3.
In singles, junior captain Jake Cohen led the Mules once again with a victory at court 2, 6-3 6-1. Senior captains Joey Barrett and Sam Henry also had close matches with Barrett losing 3-6 4-6 and Henry losing 3-6 6-7(5). At court 6, sophomore Aidan Kwong lost his match 4-6 1-6.
Colby is back in action Friday, May 3rd against Williams College in the quarterfinals of the NESCAC tournament. In the tournament, Colby comes in seeded 7th, and Williams seeded 2nd.
