Men's Ice Hockey Concludes Season at Trinity

Box Score Hartford, CT - On Saturday afternoon, Colby fell 1-2 against number 1 seed Trinity College. The Bantams now move on to the NESCAC semifinals, while the Mules are eliminated from NESCAC playoff contention. This marks the third meeting between the Mules and Bantams this season, with Colby losing 2-5 and 3-4 earlier in the season.

In the first period, Trinity found a goal in the 9th minute to take a 1-0 lead at the end of the first 20 minutes. In the second, first year Jayden Grier found the back of the net, on an assist from first year Dhillon Wilde to tie the game 1-1. Hamilton then found a goal mid way into the third period to take a 2-1 lead. Colby and Trinity had a combined 58 shots on goal this matchup, with the Mules having 27 and the Bantams having 29.

Colby Men's Ice Hockey has now concluded the 23-24 season.
