Brunswick, ME - On Saturday evening, the Mules fell 1-5 to the Polar Bears. The Polar Bears now improve to 11-4-3 (7-2-3 in conference) while the Mules fall to 6-9-3 (2-7-3 in conference). This matchup marks the second meeting between the Mules and Polar Bears this season, with a 3-3 tie back on December 2nd. The Mules lead the all-time head to head between the teams 24-23-4.

The first period saw three early Bowdoin goals, with both teams having nine shots on goal. In the second period, the Polar Bears found the back of the net six minutes in, while senior Andy Beran had a total of 14 saves. In the final period, the Mules found their first goal of the night in the 17th minute from senior Griffin Grise, before the Polar Bears scored in the last minute to make the final score 5-1. With this game, Grise has found his first goal of the season.
