Middlebury, VT - On Saturday evening, Colby tied 3-3 against Williams after a scoreless overtime period. Following a 4-2 win earlier this season, the Mules now lead the season series, 1-0-1. All time, the Mules now trail the Ephs 14-23-3. Following this matchup, Williams has a record of 6-10-1 (2-7-1 in conference) while the Mules are 5-8-3 (2-6-3 in conference). 

In the first period, Williams took a 1-0 lead with a goal in the 10th minute. In the second period Colby's Jake MacDonald scored on an assist from seniors Ryan Doolin and Clay Korpi in the 10th minute, following an early Williams goal. However, the Mules turned the tide in the third period after the Ephs scored to make the the lead 3-1. First year Matthew MacDonald and senior Henry Molson found the back of the net in the 18th and 19th minute respectively to finish regulation. In Overtime, Colby fought off two power plays, and put up four shots on goal, but could not pull away for the win.

Junior Jake MacDonald has now scored a goal in his second consecutive game. Matthew McDonald has tallied his second goal of the season and Molson his fifth.

Men's Ice Hockey is back in action Tuesday, January 23rd against USM.
