Chicago, Ill. - On day two of the UChicago Gargoyle Classic, the Colby Women's Volleyball Team went up against North Park University resulting in a 0-3 loss for the Mules (17-25, 22-25, 18-25). Colby's record falls to an even 2-2 on the season as the Vikings improve to 5-1. 

After the first set went North Park's way 25-17, the Mules dug in for a competitive second set where the teams traded points back in fourth marking them at a 21-21 tie. Unfortunately, Colby could not close it out and ended up falling by just three points 22-25. In the third, the Mules continued to fight but it was too late as the Vikings took the set 25-18 to close out the match. LJ Grant finished the game with seven kills while Issy Pribisich contributed five. Reanna Yadao (11), Alli McKenney (10) and Allison Rodriguez (10) all finished in the double digit with digs. Rodriguez added nine assist as well. 

Next up, Colby will head back to Mayflower Hill for their first home game and NESCAC matchup of the season taking on Connecticut College Friday September 15th at 7:00pm.
