Softball Falls to Tufts in NESCAC Tournament

Medford, Mass. - No. 4 seeded Colby fell to top-ranked Tufts University 4-12 Saturday afternoon in the semifinal round of the NESCAC tournament. 
  • Sam Ahlholm reached her 150th career strikeout
  • Logan Luebbe and Chloe Wilcox both registered home runs
  • Lauren Ilano followed Luebbe's fifth inning round-tripper with an RBI double
  • Colby had 12 hits, recorded by nine different players
The Mules finish their remarkable 2023 campaign with a 24-14, awaiting a potential nod to the NCAA tournament via at-large bid.
