Birmingham, Ala. - Sophomore Fiona Mejico of the Women's Indoor Track & Field team is headed down to Birmingham, Alabama to represent Colby in The NCAA DIII Championships March 10th-11th. In order to qualify, each athlete needs to be ranked in the top 20 in the country on the national performance list. Mejico will compete in the 400m race after qualifying with a time of 56.77, good for 13th in the country. The prelims for this event will take place on Friday at 4:25pm with the final taking place Saturday at 4:35pm.
