Waterville, Maine - The #3 seed Women's Ice Hockey team will host #6 Trinity Saturday February 25th for a NESCAC quarterfinals rematch. Last year, the Mules topped the Bantams 3-1 in the quarterfinals which marks their only meeting in NESCAC tournament history. This will be Colby's third year in a row hosting a quarterfinals matchup and marks their 19th tournament appearance overall.
During the regular season, Colby swept Trinity 2-0 taking both games at home. The first game on January 27th, the Mules won 2-0 with goals coming from
Audrey Shirer and
Tate Senden.
Mandy Busky finished with 12 saves. The next day, Colby dominated the Bantams taking the game 9-3. Busky ended with 19 saves.

The winner will advanced to the semifinals on Saturday March 4th. Colby will enter the tournament with good momentum after riding a five-game win streak to close the regular season.
