Storrs/New London, Conn. - The Colby Men's and Women's Track and Field teams competed at two events this weekend. The distance group traveled to New London, Connecticut to compete at the Silfin Invitational hosted by Connecticut College, where
Tyler Morris set at Colby 5k record, finishing in 2nd with a time of 14:20.80. Meanwhile, the power group competed at the University of Connecticut in the UConn Northeast Challenge, a primarily DI meet where Colby was one of only two DIII teams in a field of 21.

Next week, the Women's Track and Field team will race at the Pine Tree Relays at Bowdoin College, while the Men's Track and Field team will travel to Bates College to compete in the Maine State Classic.
