Clinton, NEW YORK - On February 11th, 2022 the women's squash team traveled down to Clinton to face off fellow NESCAC competitor Bowdoin College in the first round of the NESCAC Championships. Overall, the Colby Mules fell short to the polar bears with a score of 1-8.
One highlight of the day includes #1 seat
Andrea Lee who secured the only win of the day for the women's team. Throughout her match, Lee kept her focus and strategically beat her opponent in just 3 games (11-5, 11-2, 11-2).
Another highlight of the day includes #7 seat
Stephanie Keane who had a close first game, but then just fell short (10-12, 2-11, 3-11). A last highlight of the day includes #3 seat India Spencer who started off slow, but then kept up with her opponent, improving throughout her match. Unfortunately, Spencer also had just fell short in the third game (3-11, 6-11, 9-11).
