Middlebury, Vermont- Colby Field Hockey made their way over to play against #1 Middlebury College earlier today in a NESCAC matchup.
 
The Mules had their struggles this game, as the Panthers got out to a lead early, and continued to build that lead through the first halff. Colby broke through the shutout in the third quarter, with Pernilla Shaw scoring on a feed from Elizabeth Takoudes.
 
The Mules take the pitch again, tomorrow afternoon, against Hamilton College in another NESCAC matchup at 1 PM.
