Williamstown, MASSACHUSETTS - On January 9th, 2022 the Colby Mules traveled down to Williamstown, MA to compete against Williams College. Overall, the Mules fell short with a score of 1-8 on the women's side and 0-9 for the men. 

A highlight of the day for the women was #1 seat Andrea Lee who pulled out another win from this past weekend. Throughout her match, Lee kept her focus and played strategically in order to beat her opponent in just 3 games (11-3, 11-5, 12-10). 

On the men's side, the #3 seat Alex Spafford played a close 5 game match against his opponent, Wyatt Khosrowshahi. Spafford started off strong, winning the first game. His opponent came back with winning the next 2 games, but Spafford wasn't going to go down without a fight, and pulled out a win for the 4th game. Taking his opponent to the 5th game, Spafford just fell short in the 5th with an overall score of (11-8, 11-13, 13-15, 11-9, 8-11).
