Standish, Maine - The Mules travelled to Standish today to play the Monks in their second game of the weekend.  Despite being a double-header the women were able to pull closer to the Monks, but not quite enough to beat them.  The women lost today 59-50.
 

Colby was not lacking in the opportunity to win today.  In nearly every stat they were even or better than the Monks.  They had 33 rebounds to the Monks 37, only 13 turnovers to St. Joe's 18, and 20 points in the paint to their opponents 22.  Where the Mules lacked was in their shot percentage, with only 23.1% field goal success, it was difficult to keep up with the Monks.  Alisha Aube (33) led in scoring today with 17 points and Adaobi Nebuwa (32) had a team high of eight rebounds.
