NEWRY, Maine -- Mardi Haskell capped off a terrific Eastern Intercollegiate Ski Association (EISA) career with a sixth-place finish in the slalom at the Eastern Championships/Bates Carnival on Saturday at Sunday River.
Haskell, a three-time All-American and All-East First Team selection, had runs of 52.79 and 59.46 for a total time of 1:52.25. Haskell will ski at the NCAA Division I Championships for a fourth time March 8-11.
Sandra Schoepke placed 17th for the Colby women in 1:56.84.
Michael Boardman (pictured), who qualified for the NCAA meet, placed 20th for the men's team in 1:56.39.
Michael Ferri was the only other Mule finisher in taking 22nd in 1:56.83.
