Men's squash falls at nationals

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Will Pepi had the lone win for 23rd-ranked Colby College in an 8-1 setback to 18th-ranked Williams College in an opening round match in the Summers Cup at the College Squash Association Men's Team Championships on Friday at Harvard University.

Pepi won 11-9 in the fifth set to pull out a 3-2 victory at the fifth position. The meeting was closer than the final score indicates, with the Ephs winning five 3-1 matches.
 

Colby will play 22nd-ranked Dickinson College in a consolation round semifinal in the Summers Cup (teams ranked 17-24) on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at MIT.
