MIDDLETOWN, Conn. -- Andrew Swapp (pictured) won both of his matches for the 24th-ranked Colby College men's squash team in a 9-0 win over 29th-ranked Connecticut College and an 8-1 loss to eighth-ranked St. Lawrence University on Sunday at Wesleyan University.
Will McBrian was a 3-1 winner at the first position after losing the first set against Conn College. Hugh Doherty (four), Will Pepi (five), and Jason Brodo (six) also won by 3-1 scores. Patrick McCarthy, Elliot Gross, Matt Epstein, Sam Hitt, and Swapp won 3-0 matches.
Swapp also won 3-0 and gave up just seven points in his ninth position win against the Saints.
